Amy Kotzbauer

Amy Kotzbauer is the Operations Manager for Kuhl & Grant LLP. Amy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm with primary responsibilities for client and matter tracking, financial operations and other special initiatives.

Amy is also a community development and real estate professional with over 25 years of experience. Amy began working in the areas of historic preservation and urban planning at Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana (now Indiana Landmarks), where she was director of the Central Regional Office and worked with communities both large and small to foster revitalization efforts and save historic resources of all types. Amy later worked for the Central Indiana Community Foundation as a Program Officer and then served as the President of Near North Development Corporation. From 2008 until 2019, Amy operated a consulting business that specialized in historic preservation, tax credit and real estate consulting services. Her clients included for-profit and non-profit developers and owners, with projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million. 

Amy was born and raised in Indianapolis and holds a BS from Indiana University Bloomington and a MS from Ball State University.
