The Project is being developed by Crestline Development, LLC.  Project construction financing is being provided by First Merchants Bank, N.A. (construction loan) and Crestline Capital Services, Inc. (AHP loan).  Equity funding through the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits is being provided by City Real Estate Advisors.

The Project is being developed by TWG Development, LLC. Project financing is being provided by BMO Harris Bank, N.A. (equity bridge loan) and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds).  Equity funding through the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits is being provided by the developer and BMO Harris Bank, N.A.

(construction loan), BACDC (CDBG loan) and the City of Gary, Indiana (HOME loan).  Equity funding through the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits is being provided by Great Lakes Capital Fund.
