Kuhl & Grant LLP served as counsel to the developer and the owner in connection with real estate, development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit matters and project financing for McKinley School Apartments, a 38-unit affordable housing community located in Logansport, Indiana (the “Project”). The Project is being developed by Crestline Development, LLC.  Project construction financing is being provided by First Merchants Bank, N.A. (construction loan) and Crestline Capital Services, Inc. (AHP loan).  Equity funding through the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits is being provided by City Real Estate Advisors.
