Kuhl & Grant LLP served as counsel to the developer and the owner in connection with real estate, development, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit matters and project financing for Penn Street Tower, a mixed-use development consisting of 98 market-rate and affordable residential units and commercial space located in Indianapolis, Indiana (the “Project”). The Project is being developed by TWG Development, LLC. Project financing is being provided by BMO Harris Bank, N.A. (equity bridge loan) and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds). Equity funding through the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits is being provided by the developer and BMO Harris Bank, N.A.
